Ethan Beneze – Founder, President
Ethan has been working with solar systems for the past 25 years. He actively worked on the design of solar projects in southern Arizona and holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona. He has designed and installed stand alone photovoltaic systems in the marine industry. He has over 20 years of business background and is a licensed contractor in Arizona. He holds a K-11 Residential and Commercial Electrical, a C-39 Residential HVAC and an L-39 Commercial HVAC contractor’s license. He has a strong commitment to the solar industry and has implemented and tested solar systems at his southern Arizona home.
Michael Bartoletti – Solar System Designer & VP of Operations NABCEP Certified PV Installer™
Mike has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and has worked for Southwestern Solars’ parent company for the past 25 years. He has taken the lead in solving complex electrical problems and is responsible for team member training. Mike has designed and installed systems at his Green Valley home and has been actively working on solar system design and installations. He holds certificates in system installation and advanced solar system design and installation. He has received training in both grid-tied and off grid solar systems.
Kevin Kessler – Solar Coordinator
Kevin has 15 years experience in results – driven management and direction of all phases of business operations. He has an extensive background in assurance of quality, safety, training and staff development. Kevin has a Business Management degree from Owens Community College and a degree from the University of Toledo. Kevin has a great work ethic and strong organizational skills, which he has utilized in design and installation of residential and commercial solar systems. He has training and certifications in both grid-tied and stand alone photovoltaic systems.
David De La Rosa – Solar Installation tech / HVAC Senior Installation Tech
David has been in the HVAC industry for 16 years and a Senior HVAC supervisor at Green Valley Cooling & Heating for 5 years. He has performed various installs in both commercial and residential applications. David has an impeccable work ethic and is dedicated to providing the customer with both aesthetically pleasing systems that operate to peak performance. He has received extensive training and certifications in both grid-tied and off grid-tied solar systems. David has applied his knowledge and mechanical skills to successfully install solar systems in the residential and commercial arena.
